What is a corrugated board line?
At the dry end of a corrugated line, the stacker receives cut sheets, counts them and forms square, even stacks for offload. The DMC-200 gantry up-stacking machine forms stacks with AC-servo lift and fast order changes; conveyer types (DMT-120) deliver and side-convey sheets.
The DMC-200 gantry stacker runs 1400–2500 mm wide at 200–250 m/min, up to 250 mm stack height and 3500 mm stack length, with a 5-second order change, automatic counting and roll-out, synchronized with the order-management system and less than 700 mm of raw-tube waste. AC-servo crawler stacking platform.
