MockXpert Series
MockXpert Digital Cutting Machine
Digital sample making & short-run cutting, no die required.

What is a digital cutting / sample maker?
A digital cutting / sample-making table uses a knife and creasing tool driven by servo motors to cut packaging structures straight from a CAD file. It replaces the cost and lead-time of a physical cutting die for prototypes, mock-ups and short runs — letting converters approve structures and win business faster.
The MockXpert Series are double-head digital cutting machines (sample makers) that cut, crease, V-cut and perforate packaging straight from a CAD file — no cutting die. A heavy-duty cast-aluminium vacuum table holds the board; oscillating knife and creasing tools run at up to 1,500 mm/s to ≤0.1 mm accuracy. Clean knife cutting means no burnt edges and no fumes — far faster than laser for board. Three sizes (2516D, 1713D, 1209D) cover everything from large display work to compact desktop sample-making. 3-year warranty.

Double-Head Digital Cutting
Cut · crease · V-cut · perforate from a CAD file. Three sizes, same heads and tooling.
Key difference
No cutting die, no plates — produce a finished sample or short run straight from artwork. Double oscillating heads cut, crease, V-cut and perforate in one pass; clean knife cut beats laser on board (no burnt edge, no fumes). Pick the bed size for your largest sheet.

FAQ
Common questions
How does a digital cutting machine work?
It drives an oscillating knife and creasing tool from a CAD file (PLT/DXF/AI) to cut, crease, V-cut and perforate packaging directly — no physical cutting die required.
What sizes does the MockXpert come in?
Three double-head sizes: 2516D (2500×1600 mm), 1713D (1700×1300 mm) and 1209D (1200×900 mm). Pick the bed to suit your largest sheet.
Is digital knife cutting better than laser for board?
For most packaging board, yes — knife cutting leaves no burnt edge, produces no fumes, and is much faster than laser.
Can it cut pre-printed sheets to the artwork?
Yes, with the optional CCD camera it reads printed registration marks and cuts precisely to the printed design.
What software does the MockXpert support?
It reads PLT, DXF and AI files and works with CorelDRAW, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Tajima and similar packaging design tools.
