What is a corrugated board line?
The mill roll stand carries large reels of liner and medium paper and feeds them under controlled tension into the single facer and double facer. Shaftless designs load reels without a central shaft for fast changes; electric and hydraulic versions handle the lifting, clamping and rotation.
A symmetric four-arm structure supports two reels at once for non-stop feeding; a single-point pneumatic brake and a fixed-torque clutch on the clamping/rotating mechanism make operation safe and reliable. Reels up to 1400 mm diameter and 2 T.
