What is a gluers & stitcher?
After a box blank is printed and slotted, the manufacturer joint is closed by gluing or stitching. StitchXpert covers both: an automatic folder-gluer that folds and glues at speed, and semi-automatic stitchers that nail single, double or reinforced stitches for heavy-duty boxes.
The StitchXpert automatic folder-gluer feeds with bottom-suction belts for smooth high-speed running, gluing the joint with no spill — saving labour and half the glue cost versus manual. The semi-automatic stitchers use HMI touch control with automatic counting and bundling; the double-piece model adds four-servo control to nail single, double and reinforced stitches in one pass.
