What is a folder gluer?
A folder gluer takes flat die-cut blanks and folds, applies glue and forms them into finished cartons at high speed. The FoldXpert is a dual-use (carton + corrugated) machine with modular feeder, pre-fold, lock-bottom, folding and transfer sections that can be freely configured for the box style you run.
The FoldXpert Series (850 / 1100 / 1250A) runs at up to 400 m/min with independent servo drives and a six-section modular layout — paper feeding, pre-folding, lock-bottom, folding, transfer and pressing conveyor — so straight-line, crash-lock, 4 & 6-corner and double-wall boxes are all in reach.
