What is a tape pasting machine?
A double-sided tape pasting machine automatically lays double-sided adhesive tape (with release liner) onto board blanks at high speed and precise position — replacing slow, inconsistent hand-taping. The pasted tape lets the end user or a downstream line close cartons, envelope bags and document bags simply by peeling the liner and pressing. The TapeXpert is a multihead machine that pastes several tape strips in one pass.
The TapeXpert Series (TapeXpert 850 A and 1200 A, plus S and M configurations) pastes double-sided tape onto cardboard over 200 g/m² and B/E-flute corrugated at up to 90 m/min. A high-friction belt feeder ensures stable feeding; a quick-change adhesive head rotates 45° by one key to swap tape in ~30 seconds; and a straight-out "fish-scale" delivery collects yardage neatly for easy take-off. Placement is held to ±1.5 mm.
