PatchXpert Series
PatchXpert Window Patching Machine
High-speed 10-servo window patching — to ±0.5 mm.

What is a window patching?
A window patching machine feeds die-cut blanks, applies glue around the window aperture and laminates a precise clear-film patch over it — turning a plain carton into a window box that shows the product inside. The PatchXpert Series uses a 10-servo system with twin-servo film control for high-speed stability, patching film to within ±0.5 mm with no machine stops to adjust film length or position.
The PatchXpert Series (PatchXpert 880 PRO and 1080A PRO) runs at up to 10,000 pieces/hour. A double-servo applying-film section keeps placement stable and accurate to ±0.5 mm with no-stop length and position adjustment; a sensor-controlled feeder with imported high-friction belts and bottom paper-draw allows non-stop paper replenishment; and a layered delivery stacker with independent speed control protects quality. A tissue-box notch (cutting) function is standard, with optional film heating, a print-register camera and double-window (tissue-box) patching. A corner-cutting & creasing configuration adds pneumatic corner cut and round-knife creasing.

Inside the machine
Section by section
Feeding Part
Servo system with photoelectric sensor sets the paper length automatically. Imported high-friction belt for durability; bottom paper-drawing design allows non-stop paper replenishment.
Gluing Part
Precise glue application around the window aperture, set for clean, consistent adhesion before the film is laid.
Applying Film Part
Twin-servo control keeps the film stable at high speed with no machine stops to adjust film length; patented mechanical structure adjusts film position on the fly to within ±0.5 mm. Tissue-box notch cutting is standard.
Delivery Part
Sandwiching (layered) stacker with independently adjustable speed ensures neat, square output and protects quality.
Electrical Part (optional)
Optional film-heating system, print-register camera (tracks printed-film colour position) and double-window (tissue-box) patching.

FAQ
Common questions
What does a window patching machine do?
It applies a clear film window onto die-cut cartons — gluing around the aperture and laminating a precise film patch — turning a plain carton into a window box that shows the product inside. It is used for display boxes, tissue boxes and cake/bakery boxes.
How fast is the PatchXpert window patcher?
Up to 10,000 pieces per hour, with a 10-servo system and twin-servo film control for stable high-speed running and ±0.5 mm placement accuracy.
What is the difference between PatchXpert 880 PRO and 1080A PRO?
The 880 PRO handles sheets up to 780×880 mm (12 kW, 2800 kg); the 1080A PRO handles larger sheets up to 780×1080 mm (14 kW, 3200 kg). Both run up to 10,000 pcs/hour at ±0.5 mm.
Can it patch tissue boxes and double windows?
Yes. A tissue-box notch (cutting) function is standard, and double-window (tissue-box) patching is available as an option, along with film heating and a print-register camera for printed film.
What film thickness and paper weight does it handle?
It patches film from 0.04–0.25 mm onto board from 200–1000 g/m², with window sizes from 30×50 mm up to 350×450 mm.
