PrintXpert flexo printer-slotter die cutter

What is a flexo printer-slotter?

A flexo printer-slotter die cutter feeds corrugated sheets through flexographic print units, then slotting and die-cutting sections, producing printed and cut box blanks. The PrintXpert comes in lead-edge and chain-feed configurations across 920/1224/1424 widths, with high-definition multi-colour printing.

PrintXpert machines print to ≤±0.5 mm registration with ceramic anilox rollers and doctor-blade ink systems, then slot and die-cut to ≤±1.0 mm. Hardened, ground drive gears (>HRC60), automatic zero-set and electric clearance adjustment give reliable, repeatable output. Lead-edge feed runs up to 120 pcs/min; chain feed suits heavier or warped board.

FAQ

Common questions

What is a flexo printer-slotter die cutter?

It prints (flexography), slots and die-cuts corrugated board sheets in a single pass, turning plain board into printed, ready-to-fold box blanks.

What is the difference between lead-edge and chain feed?

Lead-edge feed is faster (up to 120 pcs/min) with tighter registration for quality runs; chain feed (60 pcs/min) is more robust for heavier or warped board.

What print registration does the PrintXpert hold?

Registration is held to ≤±0.5 mm, with slotting and die-cutting to ≤±1.0 mm.
