CorrXpert Series
CorrXpert Corrugated Board Line
Complete 3 / 5 / 7-ply corrugated board production line.

What is a corrugated board line?
A corrugated production line glues liner paper onto fluted medium across single-facer and double-facer stages, then slits, scores and cuts the continuous web into board sheets. The CorrXpert line runs 3, 5 or 7-ply board at high speed under centralized control — the upstream machine that feeds every box plant.
The CorrXpert line is built for high-volume, energy-saving production. Negative-pressure single facers give even gluing and stable flute profiles; the SM-E double facer runs 200–250 m/min with PLC-controlled heating-plate count and pressure; an NC thin-blade slitter-scorer and helical cut-off finish the web; and an automatic stacker collects the board. Quick 10-minute flute-roll changes keep the line productive.

Corrugated Line — by ply
Configure the line for the board you run; add a single facer per extra flute layer.
Key difference
A full upstream board line, not a single machine — it makes the corrugated board your box plant runs. Choose 3, 5 or 7-ply: each extra flute layer adds a single facer ahead of the double facer.

Inside the machine
Section by section
Electric Mill-Roll Stand (ZJ-F)
Shaftless electric stand holds reels up to 1400 mm diameter / 2 T, with a symmetric four-arm structure that carries two reels at once and pneumatic single-point braking for safe, fast reel changes.
Preheater & Glue Unit
Preheat rollers (φ600–1100 mm, 360° electric wrap-angle adjust) condition the paper; an automatic circulating glue system meters adhesive for consistent bonding.
Single Facer
Negative-pressure design presses the medium evenly onto the flute and applies glue uniformly for a clean single-face web. Flute rolls in 48CrMo chrome-alloy steel; quick 10-minute roll change by electric trolley.
Double Facer (SM-E)
200–250 m/min, 1800–2500 mm wide. PLC auto-switches the number of heating plates and pressure to suit different paper weights; 18–22 hard-chromed hot plates with twin-cylinder S-belt tensioning.
Slitter-Scorer (ZQS) & NC Cut-off
Thin-blade NC slitter-scorer (120–150 m/min, 4–6 knife/line options) with auto blade sharpening, followed by an NC helical cross-cutter for clean, square sheets.
Automatic Stacker
Collects and stacks finished board (1400–2200 mm, 100–180 m/min, up to 3000–3500 mm sheet length) with electric cross-output and auto count/height stack-out.

FAQ
Common questions
What does a corrugated board production line do?
It glues liner paper onto fluted medium (single facer), bonds the layers (double facer), then slits, scores and cuts the web into finished 3, 5 or 7-ply corrugated board sheets.
What is the difference between 3, 5 and 7-ply?
Each extra flute layer adds a single facer. 3-ply (one flute) suits light cartons; 5-ply (two flutes) standard shippers; 7-ply (three flutes) heavy-duty and export packaging.
How fast does the CorrXpert line run?
The SM-E double facer runs at 200–250 m/min in widths up to 2500 mm, with quick 10-minute flute-roll changes to minimise downtime.
