CorrXpert Series
Slitter-Scorer & Cut-off
Slits, scores and cuts the board web to size.

What is a corrugated board line?
After the double facer, the continuous board web is slit to width and scored (creased) along the run, then cut to length across the web. The ZQS thin-blade NC slitter-scorer gives clean cuts and crisp creases; the NC-120 helical computer cross-cutter delivers square sheets.
The ZQS runs at 120–150 m/min, 1400–2200 mm wide, with knife configurations of four-knife/six-line, five/eight or six/ten, plus an automatic blade-sharpening system that grinds without stopping the line. The NC-120 helical-knife computer cut-off cleanly cross-cuts board to programmed lengths.
Key benefits
- Thin-blade slitting — clean, smooth cuts
- In-line scoring (4-6 / 5-8 / 6-10 knife-line options)
- Automatic blade sharpening without stopping
- NC helical cross-cutter for square sheets
- Electric horizontal shift to follow web tracking
- 1400–2200 mm width, 120–150 m/min
Usage & characteristics
- 01Design speed 120–150 m/min, effective width 1400–2200 mm.
- 02Knife-wheel configurations: four-knife/six-line, five-knife/eight-line or six-knife/ten-line.
- 03Novel thin-blade high-speed cutting gives a flat, smooth incision.
- 04Automatic sharpening system grinds the blade during production without stopping; pneumatic control sets the interval and grinding time.
- 05Overall electric horizontal shift follows paper tracking / deviation.
