What is a die cutter?
A flat-bed (platen) die-cutter presses a cutting forme against the sheet to cut, crease and emboss printed board, then strips the waste — producing clean, registered blanks ready for folding and gluing. The DieXpert Series (YOCO JY platform) spans paper, cardboard and corrugated, with optional in-line hot-foil stamping and automatic stripping.
The DieXpert Series is a complete flat-bed die-cutting range built on decades of Japanese die-cutter design (iijima & NIKKO). It spans the compact ⓘ60 through carton machines (JY-76/85/106) to big corrugated formats (JY-1450/1650/2100), plus the economy SD line — all with Mabeg lead-edge feeders. Configurations cover every job: plain die-cutting, with stripping (E), hot-foil stamping (T), foil + stripping (TE) and blanking (R/ER), supported by automatic logistics (breaker, turning table, pre-loader), load formers, pile turners and die-rubber installing machines. Every machine is CE and German GS certified — YOCO was the first Chinese die-cutter maker to achieve the GS safety certificate.

Mabeg Lead-Edge Feeder
Every JY-series machine uses a Mabeg lead-edge feeder for accurate, high-speed sheet feeding and reliable registration. Photocell chase positioning with automatic lock; pneumatic chase lock-up with air-floating plate slide (4+1 mm plate system selectable).
Die-Cutting Structure
Crank-movement, heavy-duty structure with stable pressure and high precision; imported hardened steel, wear-resistant. Safety die-cutting plate frame with rotation design for easy loading and replacement; pneumatic plate lock.
Hot-Foil Stamping Unit (T / TE)
In-line foil stamping with 10–12 heating zones (±1 °C on the touchscreen), synchronised foil feeding and machine speed, individually-controlled servo foil devices (longitudinal + transversal option), air blowing and stripping-angle control, foil-break and use-up alarms.
Stripping & Blanking (E / R / ER)
Automatic stripping removes waste in-line; R/ER blanking versions separate finished blanks from the sheet automatically — the least manual configuration.
