FlexoXpert Series
FlexoXpert Flexo Folder-Gluer Box Line
Inline print → slot → die-cut → fold → glue: finished boxes.

What is a flexo folder-gluer line?
A flexo folder-gluer (FFG) box line combines flexo printing, slotting/die-cutting, folding and gluing into a single inline machine that takes board sheets in one end and delivers finished, glued boxes at the other. The FlexoXpert comes in vacuum-servo (fully automatic) and roller-transfer configurations across 924 / 1228 / 1628 widths.
The FlexoXpert vacuum-servo line runs up to 300 pcs/min with 8-servo control and print registration to ±0.1 mm — one-touch job scheduling from carton dimensions, ceramic anilox printing with vacuum transport, and precise folding/gluing to ±1.5 mm. The roller-transfer line is a mid-speed, lower-cost alternative at ±0.5 mm print.

FAQ
Common questions
What is a flexo folder-gluer box line?
An FFG line prints, slots, die-cuts, folds and glues corrugated board into finished boxes in one continuous inline pass — the highest-output way to make printed corrugated cartons.
Vacuum-servo vs roller-transfer — what is the difference?
The vacuum-servo line is faster (up to 300 pcs/min) and more accurate (±0.1 mm print) with 8-servo control; the roller-transfer line is a more economical mid-speed option (±0.5 mm).
What box sizes can the FlexoXpert make?
Print sizes up to 1600×2800 mm across the 924/1228/1628 models, on corrugated 2–11 mm thick.
