CorrXpert Series
Duplex Gluing Machine
Heavy-duty two-layer gluing for the double-backer.

What is a corrugated board line?
On the double-backer side of a corrugated line, the gluing machine meters adhesive onto the flute tips of the single-face web before the second liner is bonded in the double facer. The heavy-duty GM-E runs at line speed with PLC-controlled glue gap.
The GM-E is a heavy two-layer gluing unit built for high-speed lines — glue-roller gap under PLC control for consistent, metered adhesive at up to 250 m/min, matched to the double facer.
Key benefits
- Heavy-duty two-layer gluing at line speed
- PLC-controlled glue gap for consistent coating
- Matched to 200–250 m/min double facer
- Even adhesive across full width
Usage & characteristics
