What is a folder gluer?
A two-sheets folder gluer folds and glues two blanks in parallel (or one very wide blank), forming large finished cartons at high speed. The DuoFoldXpert Series is built for wide-format converters: automatic suction paper feeding, folding, splicing and gluing sections handle large straight-line, lock-bottom and crash-lock cartons that exceed the range of a standard folder gluer.
The DuoFoldXpert Series is a high-speed two-sheets Carton Folder Gluer engineered for wide, high-volume work — up to 1250 × 1300 mm feeding size and 3000–5000 pcs/hour — on a heavy, heat-treated steel frame built for accuracy and longevity on long production runs. It comes in three model types: the flagship two-sheets LYA-2300/2600, the compact automatic LY-2300B, and the modular multi-station LY-2300 to LY-3500 — compared in detail below.

Key difference
The biggest, fastest machine — runs TWO blanks in parallel for maximum output. A full 13.5 m line up to 13 T, 25.7 kW. Choose this for large-format corrugated cartons at volume.

Section by section
01Automatic Suction Paper Feeding Section
Friction feeder, configured with servo-motor independent drive. Side flaps adjustable in width direction; retractable paper-stack rear support for longer cassette type; double pieces used for air-suction function.
02Gluing Section
Mechanical roller to glue, divided into two methods — hot and cold dipping (optional spray-glue system).
03Folding Section
Motor independent drive for smooth, accurate completion of the second folding line and the fourth folding line 180° combination. Left and right inflection belts have stepless variable-speed adjustment (servo configuration available); easy to disassemble and install.
04Patting Section
Independently motor-driven; upper and lower pallets (guide plates) driven separately for separate length adjustment. Quick changeover, stacking / over-stacking, with automatic belt-tensioning system.
05Conveyor Section
Motor-driven, with manual and automatic (follow-up) operation modes. Depending on case length, the upper conveying pressure section is motor-driven and moves back and forth. Optional cylinder pressure-regulation system.
06Splicing Section
Four-big-and-one-small 5-guide-plate structure; each big plate uses a screw rod with electric adjustment (memory model available). 4 × 50 mm flat-belt conveyors with independent double servo motors for accurate splicing; gross material has 4 independent servo controls. Splicing mouth uses cold + hot double coating for a more solid dip box, with photoelectric device and servo motor for accuracy.
