What is a corrugated board line?
Preheating rollers wrap the paper web to bring it to an even temperature before the single/double facer, so glue cures consistently across the width. The MH-1100T offers selectable roller diameters and a 360° electrically-adjustable wrap angle to tune the heated area.
Preheat rollers are available at φ600, φ900, φ1000 and φ1100 mm for 1400–2500 mm widths. The electric wrap-angle adjusts 360° (optional twin angle-shafts increase the heated area); roller surfaces are precision-ground and hard-chromed for clean, durable, even heating, with a disc seal-head design. Single or multi-layer configurations.
